ANALISIS PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada RSUD Kota Semarang)

ABSTRACT This research analyses leadership style influence to job satisfaction and commitment of organization to increase employee performance. Object this research at RSUD Semarang city. Research problems refers to data phenomenon at RSUD Semarang city, posed at level of absence reaching 4 - 5 %. Emerging problems is : what increasing employee performance. a model has been built and five research hypothesises has been formulated. Sample method applies Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. This research utilizes 140 respondents and overall of respondent is employee from RSUD Semarang city. Data analysis utilizes Structural Equation Model with computer program Amos 401. Result this research, leadership style of influential positive to job satisfaction. Job satisfaction influential positive to employee performance. Leadership style of influential positive to organization commitment. Organizational commitment had an effect on positive to employee performance. Leadership
