ABSTRACT
The Learning Management in general is an attempt to
increase the ability of early childhood teachers / kindergarten in running the
duty professionally.This
research uses descriptive methods, data collection techniques of observation,
interviews, and documentary study. The subjects of this study were head and
early childhood teachers in Cluster III UPTD Blang Bintang Ingin Jaya district
Aceh Besar. Research results show that: the lack lesson planning is done by the
head of the kindergarten / early childhood on Cluster III UPTD Blang Bintang Ingin
Jaya Aceh Besar district. Lack of creativity and co-ordination of learning is
done by the head of the kindergarten / early childhood education. Lack of
interest in conducting innovative principals that guided PAKEM activity program
that has been compiled. Assessment of learning in clusters on UPTD III Blang
Bintang Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar district is not done gradually by the head of the
early childhood / kindergarten teachers built.
